Is there a contract?
No contracts. You pay month-to-month. Change plans or cancel at any time.
Is the payment recurring?
Yes, you'll be automatically billed month-to-month or year-to-year depending on your subscription type (annual or monthly). You can change plans or cancel at any time.
Will I get access to historical data after the payment?
Yes, all the metrics can be calculated retroactively for up to 1 year in the past (depending on your plan) starting from the current date. Except for the Number of Followers - it is not calculated retroactively.
Are there any discounts?
Yes. If you prepay for one year, we will give you a 10% discount, which is a bit more than one month free. Roughly speaking, you'll pay for 11 months up front and get 12 months of access. You can purchase an annual subscription at the Pricing page as displayed on a screenshot below:
